issues with registering Mobile speak

OK, I don't know what's going on, but I just got a new touch pro 2. I actually had to have my old one replaced. My issue is Mobile Speak is having trouble registering. I've tried the SMS way and the internet way. I don't know what's going on. Any help or suggestions?
BTW, it says the connection timed out. That's the error message I get every time.

try to registor it again at different times. Why this does happen I do not know.

I've been trying off and on all day. What a pain! 7.5 more months of this crap, and I'll have an IPhone. I can't wait to chuck this phone and this crappy software!

make sure that your phone and your computer have the right time. I found the easiest way to activate it is by doing it when your phone is syncked..l

I know what codefactory's website is, but I've asked for help from them before and they aren't always that helpful.

try launching pocket IT before activating, that's what i've had to do each time, usually works then

Shooot now I do agree faithful angel about Code factery not always beeing so helpful. I am currently still dealing with some issues that need to bee fixed and waiting on a sulution so far nothing has come back from the developers at codefactery. I am using an HD2 :).

Handytech. I am probably going to call them. It's just that Ihis week has been kind of crazy and my cell phone has been very low on the priority list.:)
